Pop-up direct mail that turns your brand into premium memorable moments
About us
AirPop Cards work with communications & marketing teams to create bespoke pop-up engagement tools that are posted to your stakeholders & customers. They’re designed for strategic high-value moments that spark a positive emotional response.
Often staying on desks or in shared spaces long after they’re opened.
Most outreach isn’t memorable
In fact, most of it is extremely dull, to be brutally honest. Everyone’s doing the same stuff. The same spammy emails (that get ignored), the same cold-calls, the same LinkedIn posts. And it’s only getting worse with AI.
We believe in giving people a creative, tangible experience that they’re not used to receiving. Helping you to cut-through and become more memorable in the process.
Which raises an interesting question …
What if your outreach showed up somewhere completely unexpected; like your audience’s physical mail room?
Not with a bog-standard brochure or mass mailout. But with a physical, premium pop-up experience that made someone stop, engage, and actually feel something enough to want to respond and start a conversation.
All without sending a single spammy sales email or endless “bumping this to the top of your inbox” follow-ups.
The psychology of a pop-up
Attention
When your message lands in someone’s hands rather than their inbox, it immediately piques their curiosity and demands attention. Suddenly, they’re thinking, “I never receive mail. This looks intriguing. I wonder what’s inside?”
Emotion
Then comes the “Wow! That’s impressive.”’ moment, sparked by a tangible, unexpected experience that creates a positive association with your brand, product, and story.
Memory
Unlike an email that often gets ignored (that’s if it’s even opened), or a post that scrolls by, a pop-up card sits on desks or in shared spaces, sparking internal conversations long after the envelope is gone.

This is not for
- Anyone looking for generic mass mailers, or “nice-to-have” gimmicks.
- Those who want something “off-the-shelf” from a stationery supplier.
- Organisations without a clear strategic objective for sending something physical to support wider business outcomes.
- Teams looking for the cheapest cost per unit.
This is for
- Marketers who want to cut-through and leave a lasting impression on high-value stakeholders.

This campaign can be used by the charity to cut-through with high-value donors and corporate sponsors and stay top-of-mind. Or even to send to their biggest supporters as a thoughtful thank you.

The process
1. Design Development
Don’t know what you want? No problem! We can guide you. Together, we’ll build a bespoke pop-up that brings your brand and products to life in 3D.
2. Physical Mockup
We build a physical prototype so you can experience the pop-up exactly as your audience will. This is where the idea becomes real and tangible.
3. Production
Once approved, we move into production including specialist laser-cutting, paper-engineering (by hand), and premium finishing.
